We love good food - from the simplest country foods to the more elaborate chef creations. We really love big, gutsy flavours: foods with the sort of flavours that if you're trying them for the first time, you will never forget and, if you've tried before, you have a constant craving for! We've discovered that there should be few rules in the kitchen. If it tastes good...eat it and enjoy!

Our travels take us to back-street restaurants, fine dining and people's homes. We have discovered some of the best food is found off the beaten track and in the humblest of surroundings. Good ingredients are irreplaceable and good chefs have a certain magic about them
