Warming Tortillas

Flour tortillas are even better if quickly warmed just before use. Apart from softening the texture still further, the judicious application of fierce heat will create attractive scorch marks and give your product a mouth watering chargrilled flavour.

For best results we recommend you flash a tortilla across a hot dry pan or under a hot grill/salamander for approximately six seconds on each side. Allow the tortilla to dwell until it begins to puff slightly. By then you'll have the perfect tortilla.

Alternatively you can warm your tortillas in a microwave.
