For those of us who like to impress guests with unusual, adventurous dishes, you'l love our latest tasty import from Mexico - genuine sliced cactus (Nopalitas). Yes, the spikes have been removed. And not only is cactus great for jazzing up salads, cooling down spicy dishes and enlivening dinner conversation, it's also good for you.

Our Chipotle paste is a wonderfully rich paste, made from chipotles, a smoke-dried jalapeno that is popular in Mexican cooking. It adds a delicious hot, smoky flavour to any dish (see our recipe section for our favourite ideas)

And finally for the ultimate topping for the ultimate snack, Hot Nachos Cheese Sauce is made with real cheddar cheese, chunks of red pepper and a generous kick of jalapeno. Simply smother tortilla chips, pop into a microwave to quickly create a mouthwatering snack.
