Background
Seasonings are the products that perhaps best define our food ethos. Simple blends of herbs & spices – no preservatives, bulking agents or other junk unlike some supposedly authentic products. The art of blending is similar to that of a fine malt whisky. We entrust this skill to Chef Paul Prudhomme over in New Orleans. Ours deliver a flavour punch that makes everything taste so much better. Our only slight concern is their addictive qualities. Once you start seasoning your food it can be quite difficult to stop.
