Tortillas are the cornerstone of Mexican cooking – and like the Mexicans, WE LOVE TORTILLAS!

In all but the Northern states (where they use wheat flour), tortillas are made using Masa Harina (Corn maize flour). However, in the UK we prefer the wheat-flour tortilla. They are softer and more pliable. Gently warmed, you can wrap them around pretty much anything. From Fajitas to Enchiladas and Quesadillas, savoury or sweet, they are a store cupboard staple that you should never be without.
