We’re really proud of our Tortillas. They’re the corner stone of Mexican cooking, so we’ve spent years making sure they’re perfect. In all but the Northern states (where they use wheat flour), tortillas are made using masa harina (corn maize flour). In the UK we prefer the wheat-flour tortilla, as they are softer and easier to wrap around your favourite filling.
