Every cuisine in the world has its unique selection of wonderful tasting nibbly savoury snacks, from the Italian antipasti to Greek Meze. At Discovery, we use the Spanish word - Tapas. Small in size, big in flavour they always get the taste buds going.

Ingredients
  • 125g pack bruschettine or thinly sliced toasted baguette
  • 1 jar Discovery Creole Season & Sauce or Discovery salsa
  • 170g houmous
  • 100g goats cheese
  • 70g chorizo slices
  • To garnish: Discovery Jalapeños, black olives, caperberries, cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs

Method

Here are three of our favourites:

  1. Spread Creole Sauce on bruschettine, top with chorizo (folded into a small cone) and top with a black olive or caperberry.
  2. Spread Creole Sauce or Salsa on bruschettine, top with thinly sliced goats cheese and top with a cherry tomato and fresh herbs.
  3. Spread bruschettine with goats cheese. Top with a small amount of Creole Sauce and fresh herbs.
