What often turns a good meal into a great one is the quality of the side dishes. Unbelievably simple to cook, you can mix and match as you feel fit. It really is worth the extra effort.
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
- Knob of Butter
- a splash of milk for mashing
- 1tin Discovery Spicy Refried Beans
- Cook potatoes until soft.
- Drain and mash well with butter and milk.
- When smooth, add Discovery Refried Beans and mix over gentle heat until hot.
- Serve immediately.
