Buffalo Chicken Wings originated in the Anchor Bay in Buffalo, New York.  They quickly became a popular snack in many restaurants and households.   You can use chicken wings or drumsticks.   Enjoy as a quick and easy snack or with family and friends.

Ingredients
  • 1 kg. of chicken pieces (wings, breasts or drumsticks)
  • 1 jar of Discovery Buffalo Wings Sauce

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. 
  2. Place 1kg chicken wings in a large ovenproof dish.  
  3. Pour over 1 jar of Discovery Buffalo Wings Sauce, stir well and cover with foil.  
  4. Cook in preheated oven for 45 minutes. 
  5. Remove dish from the oven and remove foil. 
  6. Place back in the oven and cook for a further 15-20 minutes or until browned.
