1. Brown 500g lean minced beef in a frying pan.
2. Add 1 sachet of Discovery Taco Seasoning and 200ml water.
3. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4. Remove taco shells from
packaging. Place on a baking tray standing on their open sides and
heat for 2-3 minutes.
5. Divide the filling between the twelve shells.
6. Add grated cheese and Discovery Medium Salsa.
If desired garnish with Discovery Refried Beans, lettuce, tomatoes,
sping onion and Discovery Soured Cream.
Tacos are easy to prepare and make a delicious informal dish to enjoy with family and friends.
