Refried Bean Dip

So many dips you buy are just lightly flavoured mayonnaise. At Discovery, we love the earthy flavour of refried beans, lifted with fresh lime. Add some of our Fajita Seasoning & sweet, ripe Red Jalapeños to taste.
- 2 tins Discovery Refried Beans
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp Discovery Fajita Seasoning
- Discovery Red Jalapeños, to taste
- To serve: Discovery Tortilla Chips
- Empty refried beans into a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- Chill and serve with Discovery Tortilla Chips.
