Sprinkle a little Discovery Seasoning over tortillas before baking in the oven. Cut into triangles and serve instead of crisps.

Cashew nuts with the exciting flavours of Discovery Fajita Seasoning.   Eat alone or as a topping for salads.  

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g unsalted cashew nuts, or nuts of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Discovery Fajita Seasoning

Method

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add nuts and cook over a gentle heat until lightly browned.
  3. Add seasoning and cook for a few more seconds.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and leave to cool.
  5. Serve as nibbles.
