Steak Fajitas (Fajita Season & Sauce)

If you like your Fajitas 'a little bit saucier' then this is for you. It's the seasoning in the cap that makes all the difference. Don't touch other sauces without them as there really is no comparison.

Ingredients
  • 1 jar of Discovery Fajita Season & Sauce
  • 450g thinly-sliced Sirloin / Rump Steak
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 1 pack of Discovery Soft Flour Tortillas                                                              
  • To serve: Discovery Soured Cream and Discovery Guacamole

Method

  1. Sprinkle the seasoning over 450g thinly sliced steak and mix with 2 tbsp oil.
  2. Heat a heavy based frying pan until VERY hot, then add the chicken and stir fry until well browned and fully cooked.
  3. Empty the contents of the jar into the pan with the cooked meat. Stir and bring to the boil for one minute only.
  4. Serve immediately wrapped in Discovery Tortillas with Discovery Soured Cream and Discovery Guacamole Dip.
