Sprinkle a little Discovery Seasoning over tortillas before baking in the oven. Cut into triangles and serve instead of crisps.

Smoked Salmon and Guacamole Taco Trays

A perfect appetizer or light lunch.   They are served in our unique Taco Trays, which are easy to eat without mess.  Use any of your favourite fillings.

Ingredients
  • 1 box Discovery Taco Trays
  • 2 jars Discovery Guacamole
  • 200g sliced smoked salmon
  • 1 jar Discovery Soured Cream or crème fraiche
  • 1 small bunch dill

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove trays from packaging, place on a baking tray and heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. Spoon a little Guacamole into each tray, top with a roll of smoked salmon and garnish with Soured Cream and dill.
  4. Serve immediately.
