Feta Cheese and Sunblush Tomato Taco Trays

A perfect appetizer or light lunch. They are served in our unique Taco Trays, which are easy to eat without mess. Use any of your favourite fillings
- 1 box Discovery Taco Trays
- 200g Feta cheese, crumbled
- Sunblush tomatoes, olives and capers to garnish
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove trays from packaging, place on a baking tray and heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Fill the trays with Feta cheese and garnish with tomatoes, olives and capers.
- Serve immediately.
