Fajita Chicken Taco Trays

A perfect appetizer or light lunch. They are served in our unique Taco Trays, which are easy to eat without mess. Use any of your favourite fillings.
- 1 box Discovery Taco Trays
- 1 small Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 350g cooked Fajita chicken strips
- 1 jar Discovery Medium Salsa
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove trays from packaging, place on a baking tray and heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Fill the trays with lettuce, top with chicken and garnish with Salsa.
- Serve immediately.
