Chicken Fajitas (Seasoning Paste)

A family friendly version of our Fajitas. Fry the chicken and vegetables, add Discovery Fajita Paste and enjoy! 

Ingredients
  • 450g boneless chicken, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green and 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 sachet Discovery Fajita Seasoning Paste
  • 1 pack Discovery Flour Tortillas
  • Discovery Salsa
  • Discovery Soured Cream
  • Discovery Guacamole

Method

  1. Coat chicken in oil.
  2. Heat a heavy based frying pan until hot and add chicken.
  3. Fry for about 3 minutes until browned.
  4. Add onion and peppers and cook for a further 2 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
  5. Add the paste, stir and cook for a few seconds.
  6. Serve with warm tortillas, Salsa, Soured Cream Topping and Guacamole.
