Serves 8-12 as a starter. This Seven Layer Dip is spot on for sharing with friends or dipping into at parties - irresistible with tortilla chips.

• 2 tins Discovery Spicy Refried Beans
• ½ Red onion finely chopped
• Zest and juice of 1 lime
• 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
• 1 tsp Discovery Fajita Seasoning Mix
• Discovery Red Jalapeños, chopped (to taste)
• 1 bottle Discovery Guacamole
• 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
• 1 bottle Discovery Soured Cream
• 1 bottle Discovery Salsa
• 1 x 340g sliced black olives, drained
• 100g Cheddar cheese, grated
• 100g Red Leicester, grated
• To serve: Discovery Tortilla Chips

1. Mix the Spicy Refried Beans with the red onion, lime, coriander, Fajita Seasoning Mix and Jalapeños.
2. Spoon the beans into the bottom of a large glass bowl. 
3. Top the beans with layers of Guacamole, spring onions, Soured Cream, Salsa and olives, finishing with both cheeses. 
4. Chill and then serve with tortilla chips.
