If you like your Fajitas 'a little bit saucier', then this is for you. It's the Seasoning in the cap that makes all the difference. Don't touch other sauces without them, as there really is no comparison.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Discovery Fajita Season & Sauce
  • 450g chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp oil

To serve:

  • 8 Discovery Soft Flour Tortillas
  • Discovery Soured Cream
  • Discovery Guacamole


Method

  1. Sprinkle the Seasoning over the chicken and mix with oil.
  2. Heat a heavy based frying pan until VERY hot, then add the chicken and stir fry until well browned and fully cooked.
  3. Empty the contents of the jar into the pan with the cooked meat.
  4. Stir and bring to the boil for one minute only.
  5. Serve immediately wrapped in Discovery Tortillas with Discovery Soured Cream and Discovery Guacamole.
