Sweet, warm, cinnamony homemade Tortilla chips, scooping up rich, nutty, creamy, maple dip. Put the kids to bed, close the door, don't answer the phone. Indulge.

- 100g caster sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 Discovery Plain Flour Tortillas, each cut into 8 triangles
- oil for shallow frying
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 25g pecan nuts, toasted and chopped
To serve:

- Mix together sugar and cinnamon and spread over a large plate.
- Heat oil and quickly fry Tortillas until golden.
- Lift out of oil with a draining spoon and place in the sugar.
- Toss together well whilst still hot.
- Leave to cool.
- Mix mascarpone, maple syrup and pecan nuts and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Place on a large serving plate and serve surrounded by cinnamon chips and fresh fruit.
