Chef's tips
Use Tortillas as a pizza base. Top with Discovery Salsa, cheese and your other favourite toppings and quickly cook in a hot oven. Top with Discovery Jalapeños for a spicy Mexican kick.
Fajita Burger

We took the traditional beef burger and added our Fajita Seasoning to give it a Mexican flavour. Our Sticky Ribs Sauce gives the finished dish that extra sweet BBQ flavour. Cook on the grill and share with family and friends.
- 500g lean minced beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Discovery Fajita Seasoning Mix or to taste
To serve:
- 4 Discovery Flour Tortillas
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 jar Discovery Sticky Ribs Sauce
- 4 slices mature Cheddar Cheese
- 1 red onion
- finely sliced Iceberg lettuce
- shredded Discovery Sliced Jalapeños
- Potato Wedges
- Mix together beef, egg and Seasoning Mix and form into 4 burgers.
- Preheat the grill (or grilling machine) and cook burgers for about 3 minutes each side or until well cooked.
- Spread tortillas with mayonnaise, lay burger on top and cover with Sticky Ribs Sauce, cheese, onion, lettuce and Jalapeños.
- Fold and serve with potato wedges.
