Fajita Chicken Taco Trays

A perfect appetizer or light lunch, our unique Taco Trays are easy to eat without mess. Use any of your favourite fillings.
- 1 box Discovery Taco Trays
- 1 small Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 350g cooked Fajita chicken strips
- 1 Discovery Medium Salsa
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
- Remove Trays from packaging, place on a baking tray and heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Fill the Trays with lettuce, top with Fajita Chicken and garnish with Salsa.
- Serve immediately.
