Fajita Fillet Steaks

Fajita Fillet Steak is sure to tick all the right boxes and couldn't be simpler to prepare. Serve with some green vegetables and Creole Dauphinoise.
- 2 fillet steaks
- 1 tbsp oil
- Discovery Fajita Seasoning Mix (to taste)
- Simply coat the steaks in oil and Fajita Seasoning Mix.
- Heat a griddle or frying pan until smoking hot and fry each steak to taste.
- Serve with green vegetables and Creole Dauphinoise.
