Fajita Soup

There is so many flavours in our Fajita Season & Sauce that we felt inspired to create a soup. If you love the flavour of Fajitas, this one's for you.
- 2 chicken breast fillets, cut into thin strips OR for vegetarian option 400g tin red kidney beans, drained
- 1 large onion, cut into thin strips
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 jar Discovery Fajita Season & Sauce
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 litre chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 small bunch coriander, chopped
- Coat chicken (if using), onions and peppers in oil and seasoning.
- Heat a large saucepan and fry chicken (if using), onions and peppers over high heat until browned.
- Add flour and Fajita Seasoning, stir well, then add Fajita Sauce, stock and beans (if using).
- Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season to taste, add coriander and serve immediately.
