Using a Plain Flour Tortilla instead of a pastry base make a quick dessert. Perfect for chocolate lovers with the addition of cinnamon and chipotle.

Ingredients

  • 150g plain chocolate
  • 75g butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 100g golden caster sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Discovery Chipotle Paste (optional)
  • 1 Discovery Large Plain Flour Tortilla


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Gently melt chocolate and butter together.
  3. Add eggs, sugar, cinnamon and Chipotle Paste and mix well.
  4. Line an 8"/20 cm loose bottom sandwich tin with the Wrap.
  5. Pour in the chocolate filling and place in the preheated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until browned and set.
  6. Leave to cool slightly before taking out of the tin.
  7. Serve warm.
