A great alternative to a family favourite. Using our Chilli Season & Sauce, season the meat first with the blend of herbs and spices in the cap to really develop the flavours, before adding the sauce. Using flour tortillas instead of the normal lasagne sheets just adds to the fun.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 350g minced beef
  • 8 Discovery Soft Flour Tortillas
  • 1 jar Discovery Chilli Season & Sauce
  • 350g tub fresh cheese sauce
  • 50g grated cheese

To Serve:

  • Green salad


Method

  1. Make the Season and Sauce according to instructions.
  2. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
  3. Layer the tortillas and Chilli in a large ovenproof dish, cutting the tortillas to fit the dish if necessary.
  4. Finish the layers with a Tortilla, then pour over the cheese sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Cook in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
  6. Serve with a green salad.
