Pork meatballs simmered in a chunky Fajita Sauce, perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 500g minced pork
  • 1 egg
  • 1 jar Discovery Fajita Season and Sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, cut into large pieces
  • 1 red and 1 green pepper, cut into large pieces
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes

To serve:

  • 8 Discovery Soft Flour Tortillas or pasta


Method

  1. Mix mince with egg and Seasoning from cap and form into small balls.
  2. Heat oil and fry meatballs until well browned.
  3. Add onion and peppers and quickly fry until slightly softened.
  4. Add Fajita Sauce and tomatoes.
  5. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with Flour Tortillas or pasta.
