Chef's tips

Make croutons with your leftover Tortillas. Cut into strips or cubes and fry until crisp. Serve sprinkled over salads or soups

An exciting way to use your leftover Flour Tortillas. Sprinkle with your favourite cheese and serve as nibbles or with a bowl of soup.

Ingredients

  • 50g freshly grated Parmesan cheese or grated cheese of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Discovery Fajita Seasoning Mix
  • oil for shallow frying
  • 4 Discovery Flour Tortillas, each cut into 8 triangles

To serve:

  • Discovery Salsa


Method

  1. Mix together Parmesan and Seasoning Mix.
  2. Heat oil and quickly fry Tortillas until golden.
  3. Lift out of oil with a slotted spoon, spread over a large tray or plate and sprinkle with cheese whilst still hot and then leave to cool.
  4. Serve as nibbles with Discovery Salsa.
