Layers of Refried Beans, Salsa, Soured Cream, Guacamole, spring onions, black olives and grated cheese. Served with Tortilla Chips - a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

- 2 x 215g Discovery Spicy Refried Beans
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp Discovery Fajita Seasoning Mix
- Discovery Red Jalapeños, chopped, to taste
- Discovery Guacamole
- 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
- Discovery Soured Cream
- Discovery Salsa (Mild, Medium or Hot)
- 340g sliced black olives, drained
- 100g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 100g Red Leicester, grated
To serve

- Mix Refried Beans with red onion, lime, coriander, Fajita Seasoning Mix and Jalapeños.
- Spoon the Beans into the bottom of a large glass bowl.
- Top the Beans with layers of Guacamole, spring onions, Soured Cream, Salsa and olives, finishing with both cheeses.
- Chill and serve with Tortilla Chips.
Re-fried beans heating instructions:
Microwave 850W
- Empty contents of the 215g can into a microwaveable bowl. Cover with cling film & heat for 60 seconds on full power.
- Remove beans from microwave & stir. Recover & heat for a further 30 seconds on full power.
- Leave to stand for a further 30 seconds before giving a final stir & serving.
Hob Heating
- Place contents of can in a small saucepan & heat over a low to medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring continually.
