Smoked Salmon and Guacamole Taco Trays

Chef's tips

Sprinkle a little Discovery Seasoning over Tortillas before baking in the oven. Cut into triangles and serve instead of crisps.

Smoked Salmon and Guacamole Taco Trays

A perfect appetizer or light lunch, our unique Taco Trays are easy to eat without mess. Use any of your favourite fillings.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Discovery Taco Trays
  • Discovery Guacamole
  • 200g sliced smoked salmon
  • Discovery Soured Cream or crème fraiche
  • 1 small bunch dill


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Remove Trays from packaging, place on a baking tray and heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Spoon a little Guacamole into each Tray, top with a roll of smoked salmon and garnish with Soured Cream and dill.
  5. Serve immediately.
