Smoked Salmon Pinwheels

The perfect dinner party starter or snack. So easy, because they can be made ahead, wrapped in cling film and kept refrigerated. Garnish with lemon wedges and rocket.


  • 200ml crème fraiche
  • 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • 8 Discovery Wrapbreads
  • 300g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 small bunch dill, chopped


  1. Mix crème fraiche and horseradish together.
  2. Spread over Wraps and top with smoked salmon and dill.
  3. Roll up tightly, wrap in cling film and chill.
  4. To serve, remove cling film and cut into thin slices. Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
