If there is one dish that gets everyone down to the kitchen in Discovery, it is the aroma of sticky ribs or sausages gently roasting in the oven. Sweet, smoky and sticky with just a hint of heat, our Sticky Ribs Sauce always tops our "Top 10 favourite sauce poll".

Ingredients
  • 450g pack of thick sausages
  • 1 jar of Discovery Sticky Ribs Sauce
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

To serve:

  • potato wedges or chips
  • fried onions


Method

  1. Cook the sausages in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove and smother in Discovery Sticky Ribs Sauce, ensuring that each sausage is evenly coated. (At this stage, you can sprinkle them with Sesame seeds for extra crunch.)
  3. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes, until the Sauce is deliciously thick and sticky.
  4. Serve immediately with potato wedges or chips and fried onions.
