Light, crunchy Flour Tortilla triangles topped with custard, cream and raspberry sauce.

Ingredients

  • oil for shallow frying
  • 4 Discovery Soft Flour Tortillas, cut into 8 triangles
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 227g pot clotted cream
  • 500g fresh custard, warmed
  • 150g raspberry dessert sauce
  • fresh fruit to decorate


Method

  1. Heat oil and quickly fry Tortillas until golden.
  2. Lift out of the oil with a draining spoon onto kitchen paper and sprinkle with sugar whilst still hot.
  3. Leave to cool.
  4. To serve, place clotted cream in the middle of large serving plate. Surround with Tortillas, pour over custard, drizzle with raspberry sauce and decorate with fresh fruit.
  5. Serve immediately.
