Light, crunchy Flour Tortilla triangles topped with custard, cream and raspberry sauce.

- oil for shallow frying
- 4 Discovery Soft Flour Tortillas, cut into 8 triangles
- 100g caster sugar
- 227g pot clotted cream
- 500g fresh custard, warmed
- 150g raspberry dessert sauce
- fresh fruit to decorate

- Heat oil and quickly fry Tortillas until golden.
- Lift out of the oil with a draining spoon onto kitchen paper and sprinkle with sugar whilst still hot.
- Leave to cool.
- To serve, place clotted cream in the middle of large serving plate. Surround with Tortillas, pour over custard, drizzle with raspberry sauce and decorate with fresh fruit.
- Serve immediately.
