A family friendly version of our Fajitas. Fry the vegetables, add Discovery Fajita Paste and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 large courgettes, cut into strips
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red and 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 sachet Discovery Fajita Seasoning Paste (Mild or Hot)

To serve:

  • Discovery Flour Tortillas
  • Discovery Salsa
  • Discovery Soured Cream
  • Discovery Guacamole


Method

  1. Coat vegetables in oil.
  2. Heat a heavy based frying pan, add vegetables and fry for 2 -3 minutes until browned but still crunchy.
  3. Add the paste, stir and cook for a few seconds.
  4. Serve with warm Tortillas, Salsa, Soured Cream and Guacamole.
